Host greeted us very warm, helping with transfer organization from/to airport. We had all necessary staff, including iron, hairdryer, washing machine. Wifi has also been provided, with limited gb as well as on all Sri Lanka, but we didn’t run out of limit. Nice courtyard, monkeys were jumping on palms. Light rooms, well furnished. Very reasonable option for such price.

Villa is placed not so close to the beach, you should cross railway, Tuk Tuk doesn’t want go ”inside” usually. It takes 15 minutes to reach the beach going at a steady pace. With baby it was not so comfortable. The pressure of water in the shower is very weak, I could barely rinse my hair. Good shower outside, I had to finish washing here sometimes. Only two keys, but actually it’s possible to open gate without them. In one room balcony’s corner was without enclosure, so you should be careful with children.
