    Nice hotel with very good amenities, big rooms and friendly staff. Location wise not ideal, bit far from the heart of the city and despite that it’s pricey than other hotel with similar facilities and star rated brand.

    Everything about this hotel is great. Best hotel I've stayed at in Peru, it is a couple of minutes walk out of town, but if walking into town it's downhill, so an easy walk. Or just get an Uber, they're cheap. This hotel is the first one in 2 weeks that I've been able to get a full night of unbroken sleep. Their service, staff, food, cleanliness etc is amazing and reasonably priced food etc. Wish I was staying here my whole trip.

    We stayed at hotel Cusco 3 times during our trip to Peru and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is located in a quiet and nice residential neighborhood, which was a welcome contrast to the bustle of the city center. It feels safe and peaceful, yet it’s only a pleasant 10-minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Perfect location! The staff deserve special mention — they were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with recommendations and any questions we had. We especially appreciated their luggage storage service. Being able to leave our bags securely between multiple stays allowed us to travel light on our side trips to Bolivia, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It made a huge difference in convenience! The breakfast is really good. We particularly enjoyed the live music performance that accompanied breakfast most mornings — it added a lovely local touch and made starting the day very enjoyable. Clean, comfortable rooms, good facilities, and a helpful team made this hotel feel like a real home base for our Cusco adventures. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Peru.
