I booked for a Duke room and when I came there the past customer extended his room for one more day... And they told me that the Duke room is full .. and there is no availability... Then why did I booked the room in advance... Without no option I opted a normal room then.. this is really a very bad experience for me ... For the past customer they extended my room ..... Really not satisfied with it
