Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum blisko dworca PKP, sklepów, restauracji, oraz głównego deptaka z domem zdrojowym jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Dom bardzo urokliwy, w środku czysto i komfortowo, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia ze wszystkim czego potrzeba do przyrządzenia własnych posiłków, duża i wygodna jadalnia.
Podczas naszego pobytu nie zaobserwowaliśmy w zasadzie żadnych wad. Schody i podłoga owszem skrzypią, ale ciężko by było inaczej w tak starym domu i nie było to dla nas w żaden sposób uciążliwe. Jedyne do czego ewentualnie można się przyczepić to dość zaniedbana część ogrodowa - wiata, pod którą można by miło spędzić czas w gorące dni wygląda na zapuszczoną.

Piękny drewniany dom! Bardzo czysto i klimatycznie, świetne miejsce na pobyt w Świeradowie.
Zamek w drzwiach wyjściowych sprawiał nam problem, gdy ruszaliśmy na wycieczki. Klucz przekręcał się dopiero za którymś razem.

Bardzo dobry kontakt, polecajki i lokalizacja w parku tuż przy domu Zdrojowym
Noc były chłodne, 6/7 stopni, ogrzewanie było wyłączone. Rozumiem, że maj, ale jednak…
