Staff were amazingly friendly- we arrived really late but they still managed to give us a great meal. Only 10 mins from the airport. Clean, comfortable room - great place!

Airport transfers. Breakfast from 5am. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower.

No where to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. No toilet roll holder so paper fell on the wet floor.

Location to airport and friendly staff. Clean rooms and spacious for our family of 6

The location was 10-15 minutes from the airport. Free shuttle allowed me to return our rental car to the airport the night our flight. This was the most budget friendly option for an airport adjacent hotel. There is no food onsite, but they provide the menu for a nearby delivery place that is fast, affordable, and had fairly good food. Our request for a different room was accommodated quickly.

Our first room on check in smelled like the sewer had backed up into it. We requested a new room which was immediately accommodated. Unfortunately, it was a much smaller room than we had booked, but was clean and did not smell, though the shower did not drain and filled over ankle height. On the morning of checkout, I spoke to woman at the reception desk at 7:50am to ask about the shuttle which we had scheduled for 8am. She asked for my room key and said the shuttle would be here soon. I began moving our bags to the front gate. I saw the shuttle arrive and went to retrieve my last bags from the room. The shuttle driver walked down to my room and said we would need to get a taxi because it was 8:03 and we were not already on the shuttle. He then proceeded to yell at me about which shuttle my mother and I should take and insisted that my 4 and 7 year old children would have to ride in the front seat of the van because that was the only seat available in either shuttle. The driver of the second shuttle said that children could not ride in the front seat of his vehicle and the two drivers proceeded to shout at each other in the middle of the road while I found space in the back of one of the vans for both children. This was an exceedingly unpleasant end to our trip.
