Convenient location to travel out; 30 steps to a metro exit; it is just a safe 25min walk to Shinsaibashi area (so you can stay out until 3am and not have to take taxi). The area itself is quiet, but has some hidden gems (found a store for maternity store with great price and a chain of discount shops under the bridge). Hotel itself has clean rooms and they have free drinks at the bar during certain hours. Love it if you like to mingle with people.
Family Mart is right downstairs. Also love the idea of saving the planet (and their costs) by regulating certain amenity items; I don't use half of them most of the time.
The only downside is that it does not have views. But you know what you signed up for if you researched about this place

Perfect location right next to Honmachi station, very central, just couple stops from main attractions. There was a pillow library to pick out your own pillow, very comfortable. The bath house was clean, on separate floor by gender. The washer was only 200 yen to use and the dryer was free. Good buffet breakfast for 1,500 yen (750 for kids).

Close to the train station. Walking distance to Dontobori and Namba (~20 min). Family mart just below the hotel. The Onsen is decent, but can be crowded at times.
