Modern, comfortable, quiet

Perfect location to explore Arillas from. Located in a very quite part away from the more busy beachfront and the side of Arillas where shops are. This is the place if you want peace and quite, but remain close to everything.

There was really nothing to not like. Just some tiny annoying, flying visitors at night - mosquitoes. The apartment was huge and roomy with high ceilings so it was a challenge to hunt the little guys... Buy mosquito repellent in the nearby shop.

Very stylish accommodation

Very stylish accommodation within 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach and the village centre. Very quiet at night. Comfortable beds.

Housekeeping could be improved. For example, when bringing fresh towels, it is normal to take the old towels away rather than leave them. The fridge was also a bit strange as it was hot to the touch. We were informed all the fridges on the property were like that.

Lovely stay!

Super easy check in and really well-thought through amenities (e.g. beach towels, drying rack outside, tea towels for the kitchen and even a tote bag you can use for the beach as a gift!)

A bath mat would’ve been useful and the water pressure was a bit low but apart from that it was great!

Perfect studio to rest and enjoy the area

Very comfortable and design studio. All equipments are new. Extremely clean. The communication goes smooth and the staff is friendly.

We loved our stay here.

The studios are newly renovated and done to a really high standard. Katerina the owner was great at communicating from when we booked right through and was lovely when we met her . She and Maria, who came and cleaned everyday were very helpful. It was lovely to meet them both. There were still smallish things being finished off but Katerina was good at letting us know about things. The property is away from the hubbub of the beach and the centre of Arillas so was quieter, which we liked but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and village restaurants and everything you would need or want.. areillas seemsnto have a good mixture of places for all tastes and ages In June 2023 after the substantial renovations to the accommodation the garden was being redone so was only just starting to be worked on but if Katerina follows.through with the same standard she has done in the studios I'm sure it will very soon become a lovely oasis

Very quiet location, only 10mins walk to the sea Clean rooms with patio and friendly staff. I got all the instruction per WhatsApp. Would come back again any time.

Definitely not the the most modern rooms, but you got all you need, you have got a clean place and the price is unbeatable. Maybe a bit more kitchen equipment for those who like to cook would be nice.

Katerina helped us with a lot of useful information beforehand. It was really fine with our accommodation: thanks to Maria it was a warm ❤️ welcome from the beginning of our stay! We really enjoyed the beautiful island.

Quaint location, great terrace

Easy check-in, very clear instructions (received some videos with the instructions how to use certain things in the room). Extremely peaceful location, feels like a countryside, spacious private terrace, big courtyard for parking. The room was cozy, kitchen rather well-equipped, no problems with not water.

There was a stain on the bed sheet (the sheet looked freshly washed, so the stain must have been old). Toilet made a lot of noise when flushed. Otherwise everything was perfect.

La qualité de la literie, les moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre L’espace dans la chambre (grande salle de bain) Service de ménage tous les deux jours 10min de marche de plage / restaurant / coucher de soleil Parking toujours disponible et gratuit Calme, avec des petits chats qui viennent vous dire bonsoir au retour de dîner Netflix sur la télé si on a un compte c’est un + Très bonne communication avec l’hôte + offre un mate check out si les résidents suivants arrivent tard

Je préfère toujours des salles de bain fermées lorsque les toilettes y sont pour avoir plus d’intimité, là c’est une porte battante

Chambre hôtel plutôt que studio

Chambre moderne, au calme

Il n'y a seulement qu'un minibar de 50 cm et pas un réfrigérateur dans la kitchenette, impossible de mettre 2 grandes bouteilles d'eau et un peu de nourriture pour se faire un petit déjeuner et impossible de stocker de quoi faire un repas pour 2. Ce n'est pas adapté avec la cuisine et cela devient juste une chambre d'hôtel. Il faut au minimum un table top pour avoir une prestation de studio. Dommage autrement cela aurait été très bien.

Perfect appartement met een prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

De goede ligging op loopafstand van het strand, de perfecte service, vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van Katerina en Maria en de schoonheid van het appartement.

Tip: een aantal appartementen hebben een (te) klein hotelkoelkastje. Mocht je behoefte hebben aan meer koelruimte, vraag dan naar een appartement met een grote koelkast. Bij ons werd dit prima opgelost.

Logement premium avec parking, hôte très réactif !

Logement d'excellente qualité, à proximité de la plage d'Arillas (à 10-15 minutes à pieds) et de tous ses restaurants et bars. Tout est de qualité premium dans l'appartement : la literie, la salle de bain, la cuisine et le large balcon disponible derrière une grande baie vitrée. Plusieurs petites intentions sont faites par l'hôte dès votre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. Excellente communication avec l'hôte d'ailleurs, qui répond très vite et efficacement aux messages. Parking spacieux disponible pour la voiture. Depuis l'appartement, j'ai visité Porto Timoni et Canal d'amour en voiture, tout deux très facilement et rapidement accessibles. Logement à recommander pour ceux qui recherchent une qualité premium sur ce côté de l'ile.

Honnêtement il n'y a rien à dire de négatif, tout était parfait !

Für kleineres Geld bekommt man ziemlich viel...

Für den günstigen Preis bekam ich alles was ich mir versprochen habe. Ein kleines Appartement mit Kühlschrank, Kochnische, Balkon und einer sehr guten Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten aber für den Preis mehr als ausreichend. Die Betten sind recht schmal, aber die Matratzen schön hart und fest so dass man nicht übermäßig einsinkt. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp zur Managerin Katarina und der Mitarbeiterin Maria war sehr nett. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit. und sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich hier wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen.
