Großer Garten, für die Kinder nutzbar. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, allerdings kaum freie Strandzugänge in der Nähe. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Aber es wird schon während des Essens abgeräumt, was unhöflich ist.
Pool war geschlossen obwohl 25 Grad waren. Es gab keine Option diesen für uns zu reinigen. Dann sollte man die genauen Saisonzeiten in booking vermerken , denn wir haben wegen dem Pool diese Unterkunft gebucht! Überhaupt keine Ablageflächen in dem Apartment. Nur im Schlafzimmer ein großer Schrank, der kurz vorm auseinander fallen ist und nur einen einzigen Einlegeboden hat. Sehr ärgerlich eine Woche lang aus dem Koffer zu leben. Apartment insgesamt etwas staubig, nicht frisch gereinigt.

Very nice and helpful owner and the ladies who prepared breakfast and cleaned the rooms. Help with late arrival is greatly appreciated. We were also pleased to be able to borrow umbrellas, which we took to the beach. The breakfast was good, sweet pastries, toast, eggs, yogurt and some fruit... We liked the garden with seating and the pool. You can walk to the amazing beach in about 15 minutes. If you come by car, it's a great place to stay, but you can also manage without a car (the beach is not too far and you can rent a bike to the center). But don't rely on taxis, getting a taxi in Ladisoli is quite a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room. (Except some ants.) Beds and pillows were very good. Little pool in the backyard was nice. You can also use a bigger pool at the restaurant only 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bicycle which you can have for free. Nice beaches also close (Torre Flavia, Black Sand...).
If you take the villa (55 m2) you can't always get in to the collective kitchen and that's the only place where you can buy water and other drinks (from the automat) if you are out of water. You can only get in to the kitchen when the staff is present - mostly in the morning and in the late evening. So buy enough water when visiting the city.
