Location for us was great and very peaceful. Rooms, even they were small, were just ok for us. Balcony (which we had in second room) was very nice and cosy. Staff was very friendly and place was very clean.
4 bed room had pretty hard bed so we had to do some arrrangaments within our group to match. Breakfast, even ok for us, was bit limited...more Continental style.

Very pleasant B&B with helfpul and kind hosts. The room was a little small but OK. The beds were very comfortable as was the bathroom - very nice and very clean. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning. There was private parking for our car as requested inside the property. Very good value for money.
I can't say we enjoyed the area very much and I wish we had arranged to stay in Agrigento instead. The B&B itself is in a very quiet street in a nice garden but the road with the restaurants etc is really hectic and there's nothing to see unless you drive to the beachfront.
