The instructions were only provided after paying for the deposit, which can only be paid by card. Instructions stated on the Booking site guided me to collect the keys at another location in Warsaw, distant from the place of stay. After arriving at this address, there was no office, no point of contact, nothing. Provided phone number wasn't answered after several attempts. The only communication that saved me was reaching out to the phone number over WhatsApp.
