Super lokalizacja, blisko przystanki autobusowe, tramwajowe i stacja metra. Blisko zieleni ale tez centrum, sklepów i restauracji. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone (nawet na dłuższy pobyt) i klimatycznie urządzone. Kontakt z obsługą tez bardzo dobry, obsługa szybko odpowiada na wiadomości.
minus jest taki ze niestety wszystko słychać co sie dzieje u sąsiadów za ścianą, na górze i na klatce. Dźwięk bardzo sie niesie. Internet w mieszkaniu tez bardzo słabo działa
