The location was very good. and comfort aand cleaniness was excellent.
Not much agriturismo, just a room near a farm, but no access to animals. The main business is a reception facility and restauarnt, it was noisy with a party when we arrived.

Perfect for a quiet rest stop for the night. Our host went out of his way to help us get to the room after dark. Firm beds were very comfortable - some of the best we've slept on in Italy.
Know that you are off the beaten track yet close to a small city and the freeway. Farm equipment could be aaaannoying for late sleepers.

The hospitality of the owner at arrival The hospitality next morning of the woman at breakfast (spontaneously repeated offer “Would you like another cup of coffee or cappuccino or ...”?). So welcome and pleasant, this warm friendly hospitality!

Location is ok (eventhough coordinates are not correct and we are searching a bit) and very basic breakfast is included.
Our expectations were higher based on the previous comments. But the floors were very dirty, it seems not to be cleaned for quite some time. There were lots of dead insectes and other dirty.
