"The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-located — just a short walk from the station, making getting around an absolute breeze. Mario was a fantastic host — responsive, friendly, and a plea..."

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
A large, spacious apartment equipped with the necessary appliances. Good location.
The gas water heater was malfunctioning. The water pressure in the bathroom was too low to trigger it. To get hot water, I had to turn on the kitchen tap at the same time. Additionally, loud noises could be heard coming from the bathroom plumbing in the evenings and at night.

The property was clean and easily accessible to the main part of town.
It was very noisy from the tenant above us.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, w pełni wyposażony, z klimatyzacją. Apartament miesi się na zamkniętym osiedlu, na parterze i z przypisanym miejscem parkingowym. Blisko do głównego deptaku Lamezie Terma Nistro.
Wymieniłbym poduszki na puchowe. Poza tym brak wad.
