Houseboat SnowGoose and Group

Javed Bhai will take care of you very well. The stay is very comfortable and well maintained. It's away from the humdrum of the lake but still very accessible and just a couple of hundred meters away from a market where you'll find everything from delicious food to clothes. I recommend staying here at least two nights, the sunset from this place is also mesmerizing.

Location was good. Food was good and the staff behavior also good.

I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the booking. I have not received any final invoice. Paid for dinner as well as breakfast. Owner charged Rs. 700/- more he said that booking.com charged me wrong amount. I felt very bad because Payment was already done via booking.com.

Our Host, Mr Javed was very welcoming, polite and friendly. We had a very comfortable stay for 3 days. Food was exceptional and homely.

The houseboat is not at the most happening location of the dal-lake ! I felt the shikara guy had some connection with hotel owner and usually people those who stay here are actually charged high for shikara approx 1600 to 3000. Whereas the actual price for shikara is 400 to 600 for most of the points to cover ! Please don't fall prey for such high shikara rates! Besides won't recommended this hotel due to its location there are many other good location for house boat ! Other wise house-baot has good facility!
