Cura della corte che accoglie l'area ove affacciano le camere, doccia ampia e funzionale, phon in camera, materasso comodo, doppi cuscini, cortesia del personale, colazione variegata.
Assenza di frigorifero in camera, aria condizionata centralizzata priva di istruzioni per lo spegnimento o l'accensione, parcheggi non delimitati all'esterno della struttura.
