Great stay

Nice and clean apartment with basic kitchen to prepare meals. Great view of the bay from the terrace. Nice owner who was there for everything needed. Parking is available under the roof.

Location is quite uphill with a narrow road. We didn't mind the walk to the market and the beach, but for some people could be difficult.

The view from the terrace is amasing.

The road to the Apartnets Tadic is very steep and narrow with sharp turns and very few places where two cars can pass each other. Very stressful for city drivers. Good for lovers of offroad adventures, though. The "balcony" of the apartment is accessable to anybody including animals from the neigbbourhood and passers by. You need to keep the balcony door shut The air conditioning was not working and the place facing south was so heated up that it was impossible to breathe. When we complained about the air conditioning, the lady said that her husband wil take a look, but she couldn't tell us when. After couple of hours waiting, we decided not to risk another sleepless night and left. Apart from this, the shower was fixed high up and the glass shield was installed on the wrong side of the room so that water went all over the bathroom. The TV wasn't working either. Everything was leaving an impression that someone wanted to make a nice place but gave up half way through. Many things broken, many unfinished. The owners just don't seem to care.

Worst service ever!

I booked an apartment at Tadic and in the conformation it said check in at 12.00 we where there at 12.10 and nobody was there. I called the owner 2 times and he just hang up, the 3 time he answered and told me he did not receive any booking. After he said: okay I will send the cleaning, come back at 13.00. I ask him politely if he could do it faster or give another room because we just walked up a mountain for 30 min with full packing and a one year old little baby. He answered max 30 min and the cleaning will come and the room will be ready. The door to the room was upen and we could see the used bed and used sheets. We went trough the room and waited in the garden. We saw the cleaning people come (they did not see us) and they just made the bed WITHOUT changing the sheets, and put the used towels back in the toilet. I called him and confronted him, first he denied it and when I told him I saw it with my own eyes he hang up. I called him again and ask him to change the towels and sheets or give another room. Then he said we can not get a room and he don't have time for this and we must cancel our booking, I told him we can not because the room is pre-paid and non refundable and I would lose my money. Still he refuse and say I have to do it. I got a full refund from booking.com but that that alone would not in anyway justify the hassle of a mountain marathon walk for 30 min with a little baby and full packing and then wait 30 min to just have to go back on booking.com and find a new place and then go all the way back down again in 30 degrees. Worst place ever!

The bed was comfortable. The shower was okay.

They didn't clean not even once for 9 days, didnt't change the sheets, nor towels. No bathroom amenities neither toilet paper. Location - very bad and bumpy road. Be careful with your car. Spiderwebs in the kitchen and under the bed.

Really nice and helpfull staff. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Corridors looked like they haven't been cleaned for quite a long time. The hotel from the outside looked like a building site, some it's parts are under construction.

We liked perfect view and terrace with a grill. Facilities was new and in perfect condition.

Attitude of the owner - for 12 nights was not cleaned at all. No changing of sheets for all stay. Just one time after asking new towells. We had to take out garbage myself and trash bins was like kilometer from accomodation. We had to buy toilet paper. Poorly equiped kitchen (just a few plates and pots) and nothing more (like oil, salt, etc.). Bar at the top was almost always closed (we wanted morning coffe and every morning was closed). Mess in all area of accomodation. AC did not work. On booking paid for 4 persons - we came 3 and for one night could not stay are friend. If it was on 100% and not 75% it would be very great.

Exceptional

The facility is a bit far from Petrovac, but it is amazing! The view is breathtaking and it is very quiet. It is close to Buljarica beach, which is really big and not as populated as the beaches from Petrovac. The room is very clean and cozy, the bathroom is modern and the kitchen is well equipped. The place was a wonderful surprise and the only regret we have is that we didn't stay longer. Totally worth it!
