Nice stay with a good view.

Nice and big apartment with everything that you need. Nice view from the room. Good green territory with a lot of olive trees. Also the swimming pool and some kid’s playground. Owners are friendly.

There is only one air conditioner in the apartment (and there are two bedrooms and one living room). And it was too noisy. So it was a little hard to cool down the apartment. And pillows are very bad and uncomfortable. Other things is okay 👌🏽

Very good option.

Everything was great, yes it’s very clean and the hosts very kind. We were five people and our kid had to sleep on sofa, small one. But we were there one night and it was fine. Thank you.

Nice place but that's all

Location was really nice. It was in hills with nice view and quite ok access. Rooms were decent and clean.

Main problem was oweners. They are probably nice, but they are everywhere. You don't want to spend your vacation with strangers. When my kids were playing in pool, old lady immidiatelly start checking what we are doing. We have been asked to turn of AC when we are leaving room. Since there was 40 degress outside, we kept it running to have room chilled. Owener actually entered the room when we werent there, turned of AC and left. This place is nice, but you don't feel welcomed at all. Most of equipment is old and somehow fixed.

Shocking! Read my full review before booking.

It was difficult to enjoy due to owners attitude. Well maintained place, but "best not use anything" impression given by the owners throughout our stay. The views were lovely. The location was fine, apart from the steep hill leading up to the property. Apartment decor was pleasant. Kids enjoyed playing with cats. We got welcome drinks and food on our arrival, later we were given home made fish with vegetables and a free bottle of wine, which was very kind.

We travel a lot, but have never experienced something like we did in Pataki guesthouse! The lady owner was unpleasant, unwelcoming and unacceptable as a host. She told us off 3 times on the day of our arrival for absolutely no reason. First she explained the rules for using pools, which was taken on board. Then she kept telling us - mainly the children - to wash our feet before entering the pool, which we have been doing. We tried to explain, but she didn’t understand any English. She told us off for using a small ball in the pool, she grabbed by 3 years old daughter's bucket when she tried to take some water from the pool to play. She was so unpleasant talking angrily in her own language. She was there all the time overlooking the pools and changing water to was feet every 30 minutes! The other time the man owner, who tried to be more flexible and accommodating, was overlooking the pools. He asked our teenage son to tie his hair when in the pool! The other day we got up and both pools were covered. I asked if it was possible to use it. The lady owner said in her own language that the weather was bad! It was cloudy but dry and over 30 degrees Celsius. Her husband eventually allowed our son to use the pool, but he had to wait for quite a while. We couldn’t stand their attitudes, especially the lady, so we spent our days out of this place. I was so angry and disappointed. It ruined our holiday. I think those people are in the wrong business! The whole place is full of rules and instructions for guests: about using the pool, CCTV in operation, and the laminated lists of rules in the apartment - including the detailed list of items and how much you have to pay if you break any!! I am attaching pictures if you don't believe!

The view is absolutely amazing as you are at the top of the mountain. The yard in front with benches is very cosy. Comfy beds, quiet and clean.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated. It was very clean, kitchen has everything you need for preparing a meal. Soft and fluffy towels and bedding. The balcony is large and has beautiful furniture on it. The view from the balcony is stunning! Its nice to relax there with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Big garden with sun loungers and a cute bunny running around. The hosts and their son are helpful and we were given home made drinks.

The double bedroom gets way too hot, very uncomfortable to sleep in. Air con installed above the entrance door in the end of the long corridor and cold air doesn't reach the bedroom. Bed has a plastic mattress protector, which makes it even more uncomfortable to sleep. The pool has too much chemicals in it, kids eyes were stinging after swimming without a mask. The hosts are helpful but can walk into the apartment without knocking. Like other reviews mentioned the guest house located on a very steep hill, hard to walk up it, especially in the heat and with the shopping!

Apparement au top à Petrovac

Séjour parfait sur les hauteurs de Petrovac. L appartement est très beau et bien équipé. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour visiter.

Nare sfeer met snauwende eigenares. Eerder vertrokken uit het verblijf.

Mooi uitzicht op de zee en het appartement was met oude spullen volledig ingericht. Ondanks deze punten zijn wij eerder vertrokken.

Stijle krappe weg naar de accomodatie, niet voor auto's met een eco-motor. De eigenares schreeuwt veel tegen haar man en snauwt naar gasten. Ze was fel naar mijn dochter na aankomst over wat ze moest doen. De sfeer is dwingend, je krijgt gelijk te horen en te lezen wat niet mag en wat het kost als bijvoorbeeld iets stuk gaat, je het water van zwembad bevuilt, etc. Eigenaren wilden onze paspoorten een nacht hebben om toeristenbelasting te betalen bij het toeristenkantoor, pas dus op voor ID fraude. Toen wij weigerden en het zelf wilden doen schreeuwde de eigenares de alles bij elkaar en negeerde ons volledig. Een nare vrouw die haar man (die wel aardig kan zijn) en accomodatie negatief beinvloed. De sfeer heeft ons vakantiegevoel verpest.

Prachtig uitzicht

Die man was vriendelijk.

We konden niet in het zwembad en we kregen de indruk dat deze mensen te druk waren om gasten te ontvangen. Niet onvriendelijk hoor, maar de sfeer mocht meer ontspannen. Ligstoelen waren gescheurd, maar er lag wel een lijst met wat het kost als je t kapot maakt. Dat deed wel wat met hoe relaxed het was.

Logement confort avec belle vue

Belle vue sur la mer!! Lits confortables. Emplacement pratique pour rayonner sur la côte, pas évident en voiture il faut savoir gérer les pentes raides ! Les petits plus qui sont tops avec les enfants: il y a 2 piscines, des balançoires, toboggan, prises d’escalades sur un rocher et autres jeux qui ravissent les plus jeunes après une journée à vadrouiller.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait de vue que depuis la terrasse et la cuisine.
