Váci Street Downtown Apartments

Perfect location for me - on the main pedestrian street in the centre of Budapest. It was a short visit for a dental appointment, which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. The host was fixing the key lock box to my apartment on my arrival so I was greeted in person (although would have managed with the instructions he had already sent me, which were quite straightforward and clear). Excellent value for money during my one-night stay, but I think the prices do vary depending on demand (I have checked out future dates).

AC was not working properly

Great location on a pedestrian only walking street. Close to everything we wanted to visit and public transport options close by too. The apartment was very neat and clean and although we did'nt use the kitchen it was adequate for basic self catering.

Great central location. Clear instructions for checkin. The apartment is equipped with an iron, hairdresser, kitchenware.

It gets very hot because it faces the central courtyard and has no breeze even when the windows are open. No AC, the air is stale in the middle of the day. The outside temperature was 26 C, the inside was 30C. This spaces definitely needs an AC in the summer. The fan in the bedroom makes things a bit better. I also wish shampoo and body wash were provided. The bathroom offered only liquid soap. Not a deal breaker though. Much easier for me to supply that an AC.
