The location is amazing, the room was clean and spacious, the beds were big and comfortable, the room was heated well, the bathroom was clean, kids enjoyed the jacuzzi much 😃 we stayed there before our cruise and enjoyed so much that we came back there for another night after the cruise. The staff and the manager are really friendly and helped us with every request.

We really liked the location and we felt secure in this apartment. It was spacious and the facilities were good. Coffee and snacks were provided and the bed and bathroom were very nice.
The flickering green light throughout the night was an intrusion, possibly the fire detector battery needing replacing but I’m not sure. The decor was a little drab but it was clean and presentable.
Getting into the building was tricky and everything took a few goes to work it out but we got there in the end.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Genova! Many amazing restaurants on the doorstep, a stones throw from the port and many of the cities attractions.
The bed was very loud! Any movement made would wake my partner up, as was the bathroom door- it seems to touch the floor and make a loud scraping noise. We could also hear other rooms and flats around. The shower head was completely busted and probably would need replacing. We also had to buy toilet roll as we were staying for a few days and ran out, didn’t seem to be any spare in the property! Would have been nice if the room had a freshen up whilst we were staying, didn’t get any fresh towels or bedding during our 5 day stay.
