    I asked for help finding the closest supermarket, receptionist told me to just check Google Maps. AC in the room was not cold enough, people at the hostel bar outside are loud till late and a roommate or someone with the code to open the door of the room was too drunk and bothered me in the middle of the night asking for cigarette and then opened the window. I was Obviously scared to engage or close the window especially with no working at reception from 23:00 till morning.

    Good value for money. Access is a little bit tricky with a suitcase because you have to walk thru steep stairs to reach the hostel entrance. Near shops and supermarkets but you need to take buses if you need to go to Piazza Principe station. There's a shared kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove.

    This is the first time going to Genova. The staff there are extremely friendly, Offer me as much information as I need. Different activities in the hostel every night which were fantastic. I enjoy the stay and will stay again.

    They seem to forget who they work for. Overpriced drinks, arrogant staff for their positions in life, would not go back.
