Super!

We stayed one night with 3 families in two apartments. The owner is so kind enough to show our children his feeding for alpacas, rabbits, and a pig etc. The location is rural and peaceful area. The apartments are clean enough and have everything you need. In a shared room located in the middle of each apartment, you can find so many wooden toys, books, even darts games that all ages can enjoy. I highly recommend here for any family or couples who want to chill and stay low key.

A peaceful haven to relax and unwind.

The location is perfect. Three of us were in a motorbike trip and booked late in the day as we were being quite adhoc. We stayed in one of the apartments facing the field and it was so peaceful. Its lovely internally with lots of character and feels homely. The owner came out to see us when we arrived and he was lovely to chat to and welcome us, he also gave us a bottle of their own locally produced Apple juice… There’s also a games room for darts, Flemish games and tables to socialise. It’s very rural which was ideal for our one night stay

The mezzanine bedrooms are usable but done pretty basic and very hot in the summer as there’s no window or ventilation. There could have been more cutlery as I could only find a few plastic knives, one fork and a spoon! They should install a light into the large walk in shower as it’s a bit odd showering without any ceiling light.

Lovely place for a group vacation

Perfect location for a group of friends or family. In the beautiful gardens there is enough space for playing outdoor games. Lots of spots for sitting together in a group, outside or inside. Equipment for bbq and building a fire is available. The play room with table football, darts and many other games is a plus. Last but not least, the host was very friendly, flexible and helpful!

The place is very well located, and we were able to enjoy cycling in the countryside. The room was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. Steve was really nice and generous, he even helped us with our bikes. We recommend!

Just be aware that Steve's place can welcome many families at the same time!

Very good communication with the host, host managed to still prepare the wellness for us last minute, good and clean house, located pretty close to bakery & supermarkets, fully equipped kitchen, playroom had many great games

Perfect for a weekend away

Great location for a disconnected weekend. Nice paths to walk, run or cycle. Game room was perfect to have fun while chatting. GREAT relax afternoon on the hot-tub an sauna all for ourselves (cost 55e, it was worth it!). Host super friendly. Definitely to REPEAT!

NOTHING MAJOR. Just keep in mind that if you rent the studio the fridge and kitchen are small. Also bring gel and shampoo with you.

A wonderful place to relax

The owner is very kind and does everything to make the guests feel at home. The property is beautiful, with playroom, sauna, hot tub, garden, etc. all well maintained. The kitchen in the room was functional and equipped with everything one may need. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. The sauna was the highlight of our stay and we highly recommend booking it (if you plan to use it upon arrival, call a couple of hours in advance so it’s warm by the time you get there). A 5 hours slot was perfect for us (55€). The place was very clean and the room had clear COVID-19 rules mentioned on a paper in many languages which was reassuring. Parking was in front of the door, very practical. There are a couple of walking paths nearby.

The fridge is in the room, it didn’t bother us at all, but it could be a bit noisy if people have light sleep.

A great, well-equipped place to just sit and relax in the quietness of the countryside

We loved everything, it's the perfect place to chill and breathe fresh air as it's a quiet, secluded area. The house offers all the comfort as it's quite recent and you have all the modern amenities, beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Then there's a big garden with fruit trees where you can also have your meals at the outdoor bench table. There's also a hot tube, sauna and sunbathing area which you can use exclusively for a 50 euro per day fee. Kids will have a great time too as they have an indoor and outdoor play area + go-karts to rent (5 eur fee) and some chickens, ducks and cats to chase. The are some walking trails in the surrounding fields, but don't expect any spectacular landscape. You have access to the vegetables garden and if you go there at the right time, you may even buy some fresh produce. We even had a camp fire in the evening ! Last but not least, Steve the host is a great and very welcoming person and he does speak English. He and his family live on site but in a different buiding and you really don't feel their presence, you have your privacy. So thank you, Steve, and hope to come back soon !

Just some minor things like: all TV channels are in dutch, but that's not too bad in the end as you normally don't come here to watch TV no shower gel or hair dryer in the bathroom, so better bring your own (towels are included)

Heerlijk tot rust komen

De rust, de dieren, de omgeving (heel mooi om te fietsen) en vriendelijke ontvangst, gezellige appartementen. Steve is altijd bezig om het nog kindvriendelujker te maken en houdt rekening met wat de gasten wensen.

Niets. Wij zijn al een aantal keer geweest en komen zeker nog terug!
