Struttura che ha moltissimo potenziale e spazi ampi.
Scarsa cura del luogo, aree verdi secche e non irrigate, piscina con vellutello e melma sul fondale e sul bordo. Camere non corrispondenti pienamente alle foto dell annuncio, non che presente muffa negli angoli e dietro il letto, polvere accumulata sotto i letti, macchie di condensa sul soffitto (in pieno agosto), presenza di ragnatele e insetti morti negli angoli e dietro i sanitari. Peccato perché il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ma seguire da solo senza staff una struttura del genere è impossibile per mantenere uno standard buono.
