Apartment Lupáčova

Apartment 31 in Block 12 is very roomy and has all you can need for a city break. The views over the park were really lovely. The apartment was very clean and the building and neighbourhood was very quiet, but with some decent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into the city centre every day, which took around 30-40 mins.

The bed didn't have a proper mattress. It was a divan base with only a mattress topper, which meant the bed wasn't very comfortable and you could really feel the wooden joists of the divan frame in the middle of the bed. The check out time was super early, 08:00-10:00. We did ask to extend our stay and we would have been happy to pay to do so, but it wasn't possible. The property manager arrived at 09:55 to kick us out, so it was very strict. There was nowhere nearby to store our luggage, so we got a taxi to the train station.

Really nice, clean and spacious apartment with jacuzzi, kitchenette, good bed and private garage. In a nice residential neighborhood, next to a police station and close to metro to the center or a 30min walk. Perfect for people with a motorbike. Very nice and kind host. Will come again

An airco would have been welcome (only a fan available but that doesn’t cool)

Nice, clean, huge, good location.

Different one then stated (not Lupáčova 20), no appropriate glasses (neither for water nor for wine), I haven’t been contacted after leaving, although I left a rather expensive bottle of alcohol on site.

Free parking lot, even if it is close to the old town
