The property was in a great location. Right in the middle of the city. Lovely breakfast. The single bed was not clean enough and looked very run down. The slats were also broken. But overall good stay!

The location was so good. Clean apartment.

They did not know English. It was so difficult to communicate and they just hang up the phone. We were tired when we arrived there, and they asked us to stand on the street and do all the check in process which was possible to inform us day in advance. Not standing there for half hour and no communicate with us in English.

The surrounding area and the room itself

One afternoon/evening without hot water. One morning without power for refrigerator. One afternoon/evening without elevator so, when we checked out, had to go down two flights of stairs carrying luggage. In all occasions I contacted staff and they did fix the hot water and fridge power …

The location of the property was great, infact it was the only good thing bout the property. I would say the host was courteous and quite responsive however the overall upkeep of the apartment was below par

First the A/c’s were not serviced for long. When we switched it on the room got filled with Dust bunnies blowing out of the air-conditioner. There was a dirty and broken kettle for heating water, which we cudnt use. Tried using microwave instead which had a weird smell. The bed linen were not dirty but had some stains here & there and we found a 2 insects in the bed. Overall the place was not value for money apart for its location and since we were only transiting in Madrid and had booked it for one night stay only we could manage with the place.
