I was all my day because of my first impression from the neighbours.the kitchen door is not good and make a lot of noise

Nice assortment if everything worked.

Good apartment, split into 3 parts - kitchen, bedroom with shower, toilet. Parking right outside.

Tv didn't work. Wifi not satisfactory - it was only on and off. Coffee machine didn't work. No reply when asked for help. Toilet across the shared hall

The room is damp and made me short of breath, ot is not healthy and some of the facilities where not working and the room was not in-suite as the toilet was outside

Not precisely an apartment

We liked the room being on the ground floor with openable windows, electronic security shutters and aircon. Overall it met all our needs with good location for shop, bar, hairdresser. Washing machine a huge bonus. We brought our (clean) bikes inside.

We would not have booked this had we known it was NOT actually a single private apartment space but a bedroom on one side of the public entry hallway, kitchen in another room over the hallway, toilet in another room off the public hallway, etc. You have to keep being dressed and shoes back on, to go from room to room via the common hall. The shower is clearly leaking and the walls and smell are damp.

Very nice to spend some days in Liège

The apartment is very cozy, you have everything you need. It is very clean and the area where is located is very calm.

Bathroom was outside the room, but it was very clean too.

it’s a quiet location with a separate entrance which offers privacy. clean, with all the necessities. plenty of space for clothes. black out outdoor shades. AC

there were some ants there and if you leave a drink in the glass next to your bed, it might be unintentionally shared with the little ones 🙊

It was good place to stay for one night. There was everything what we needed: bed, shower, kitchen with fridge, electric cooker, microvawe, wc etc. We enjoyed our stay.

In toilet's door was no lock what made me feel uncomortable. Owners who live in this building don't speak English what may be a difficult for people who don't speak French. In kitchen equipment wasn't clean enough.

Perfect stay, highly recommended

The host was exceptional and incredibly accommodating, there was coffee and milk waiting for us, we were greeted by the host, it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the host even accommodated our late arrival time. Perfect stay

Great location, comfortable stay

location was perfect and it had all the amenities we were looking for (bedroom had a sink and shower, washroom was in separate room). Bed was very comfortable. Had access to the kitchen where there was an espresso machine. No breakfast but we were going to leave early anyways.

Qu'on me change de logement à la dernière minute. Qu'on me donne un logement d'un standing très précaire parraport à ce que j'ai réservé au début. Ce logement délabré ne mérite absolument pas 221€ et je demande un remboursement très conséquent.

L hôte etait très réactif !

Odeur d humidité, une fuite abondante provenait du plafond très désagréable tout la nuit , les draps portait également une odeur désagréable. Très chère pour une nuit .

L’emplacement

Tout d’abord l’emplacement est bien situé pas loin de la ville , mais la chambre l’horreur très clairement pas propre du tout je suppose qu’il y a rien qui a etait nettoyé, des araignées partout sous le lit aussi , la douche tu la prend ensuite l’eau déborde partout dans la chambre c’est n’importe quoi , puis venons au toilettes qui est en plein couloir du hall et Non dans la chambre meme .

Ce n’est pas vraiment un appartement comme on pourrait croire avec les photos. Ce sont des pièces disposées dans un hall

Un grand espace salle à manger avec le café disponible. La zone est plutôt calme et proche du centre é voiture.

Ce n’est pas vraiment un appartement comme on pourrait croire avec les photos. Ce sont des pièces disposées dans un hall d’entrée avec du passage( beaucoup de passage). Malheureusement les pieces etaient sal à mon arrivée. Il y avait des excrément dans les toilettes. Des insectes et de la poussière sur la vaisselle et surtout des miettes et des cheveux absolument partout. Le plus inquiétant etait les cheveux dans le lit ce qui donnait l’impression que l’appartement n’était pas nettoyé avant mon arrivée. Les voisins du dessus sont extrêmement bruyants egalement. Ils ont des enfants qui sautent et crient toute la journée. Les murs sont fins donc on entend tout ce qui se passent à l’étage et a l’extérieur.

Mouchettes partout dans la chambre, cuisine assez froide et humide,plafond mouillé ; cuisine séparée de la chambre par un couloir commun à un autre studio, WC commun et mal entretenu dans le couloir , manque de vaisselle, saladier par exemple, pas de torchon, ni sopalin, pas de support pour les serviettes de toilettes, lampes de chevets inopérationnelles cassées, literie correcte, eau bien chaude.Place de parking un peu difficile ,Difficulté à récupérer les clefs car le code avait changé et nous n'en avions pas été informés! On n'a pas vu du tout le propriétaire, échange uniquement par téléphone

Le lit est confortable, la chambre est propre c’est un coin très calme et paisible.

les draps n’étaient pas propres et il y a de l’humidité dans la cuisine . Il fait froid dans le couloir, la toilette est à part et sans fermeture. Pour le reste c’est un coin très calme et paisible.

Niet zijn in de kamer

De schimmel, de geur, de elektrische tristarverwarming die los staat. De buren die lawaai maken, geen deftig opbergplaats, geen normale tv, keuken appart van de kamer. Geen stevig bed!

La propriété reste à désirer, la douche fuis donc le mur moisie, le lavabo fuis, la cuisine salle, les ustensiles salle, rien n’est nettoyé, le sol salle… La chambre et la cuisine sentent le renfermé. La cuisine ainsi que le toilette n’est pas à la suite de la chambre mais à part, pas très intime. Ce n’est pas comme sur les photos. Les voisins au dessus crie court saute, on entend tout. Et aucune nouvelle du propriétaire, pas de nouvelles à l’arrivée ainsi qu’au départ.

No sabría ni como titularlo. No nos alojamos; nos marchamos. Pésimo.

No nos gustó nada. Es la primera vez que me encuentro un "alojamiento " en estas condiciones. No corresponde con las fotos. Sucio, viejo, mal olor,... paredes negras, arañas, telarañas, cigarros... El baño no está en la habitación aunque se nos comunicó que sí. Esta en un pasillo al lado de una escalera comunitaria y una " habitación" o trastero con muchísima suciedad y sábanas amontonadas entre otra cosas que no sabría decir que son. . Bueno, sin palabras. De hecho nos fuimos y no nos alojamos en este estudio; tuvimos que reservar un hotel en Lieja. . Pendientes de que booking haga las gestiones que correspondan y den la cara como proveedor o gestionador de este servicio.

Super studio!

Le studio Peralta est un des rares hébergements à Angleur. Le kot de mon fils est à 500 mètres. La situation géographique est idéale. Et puis Le Vaudrée est juste au bout de la rue... Le Vaudrée quoi, le meilleur endroit pour aller boire une bière à Liège et manger de la cuisine maison!

l’emplacement est bien à 15 min en transport en commun de la gare des guillemin
