Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Locali molto curati e puliti. Stanze ben riscaldate e complete d'ogni confort. Collocato proprio in centro, molto comodo.

La struttura è molto caratteristica rispecchia fedelmente la storicità del quartiere antico di Campobasso, è ben tenuta e pulita. sicuramente la vicinanza al centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi, da una marcia in più al B&b
Alloggiare al centro storico ha un'unica difficoltà quella del parcheggio, in quanto bisogna lasciare le autovetture nelle zone di transito poiché non è possibile arrivare direttamente alle strutture, anche se in questo caso, il Sant'Andrea era possibile, attraverso una viuzza, raggiungere la scalinata principale per poter caricare e scaricare al volo le valigie. Altra cosa che non ho gradito ma è una questione di mio gusto, raggiungere il bar lupacchioli a circa 300 m dalla struttura, non lo trovo fruibile per le mie necessità. Preferisco una tipologia o di colazione interna o un bar antistante alla struttura.
