The room was little but confortable and the manager was very helpful for a late night arrival and every the details to make things easier. The location is a little street on the historical centre.
It was very complicated to get the invoice. They provide a ticket but not an invoice (with names and days of stay) and delayed for more than 10 days to send a proper invoice that I need to adequately justify my travel expenses in a business trip.
