Our stay at 14 Palms Uluwatu was truly unforgettable. The place itself is beautiful — calm, stylish, and surrounded by nature — but what really sets it apart is the warmth and kindness of the staff.
We had a wonderful room, the pool area is peaceful and relaxing, and the whole property feels very well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring Uluwatu while still enjoying a quiet and intimate atmosphere.
What made our stay extra special was the team’s help in preparing a surprise for my birthday. They kindly assisted my wife with the cake, brought it to us, and even gathered to sing Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it meant a lot to us.
Their hospitality felt genuine, and we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
We highly recommend 14 Palms to anyone looking for a memorable and heartwarming experience in Uluwatu. We would definitely come back.

The garden and jacuzzi area are lovely. The jacuzzi is also great to use on a night.There are also some nice places to relax inside. The cooked breakfast was really good - we would recommend the banana pancakes and the scrambled eggs
It felt like the whole property was once amazing but is in need of some TLC. The pool area was quite dirty when we got there. The photos show a covered sun bed at the pool which looks amazing but is completely covered in moss. Our bathroom flooded when we first used the shower due to blocked drains. We also had to have the shower running for 10 mins before we got any hot water. Unfortunately we just expected this hotel to be amazing but it wasn’t
