Okay to stay one night in summer. But not for longer. Their service is OK but not more.

We were there in July and could book spontaneous. They had place to stay one night. The room was clean and well prepared. The location is above the village core and it was calm. The personal was friendly. They gave us some recommendations for restaurant to eat. This was helpful.

We wanted to get up and leaving very early. It was clear, that the breakfast would not be served so early. But if they had prepared something for take away - that would have been amazing. At least we could use the coffee machine in our room to get a weak-up coffee.

Lovely b&b for a week's stay

Very friendly owner, hotel & room were super clean throughout my stay, the single room was brilliant - plenty of space, fantastic view from the balcony and very comfortable. Excellent location close to hiking trails, the village center and less than 5 mins walk to the cable car. Finally, the price for a week in Alagna in August was very affordable and a great deal. I would happily stay here again.

This isn't Pensione Genzianella's fault but just be aware if you are a light sleeper, the beautiful church that is very close to the b&b has a bell that goes off 24 hours a day, including every hour at night. There also appears to be some nightlife going on by the church that goes quiet around 12am-1am. I was able to get used to it and sleep through it after 2-3 days but just be prepared.

Alayna is such a beautiful village and the hotel is in great location, close to everything. Vould defenently stay here a

its located just at the end of Alayna ski slope, perfect location, 150 meters to the lift, 0 meters from the slope. Most rooms have bathrooms but not all. Great location in e very cute village!

To get a better review they need larger and more comfortable beds, some were size of childrens beds, 80-90 cm wide, not acceptable for adult hotel guests. could also have better breakfast, it was a bit plain and dry.

Lovely place for nice price.

Personal nice place considering the price. Loved the big balconny and closeness to the pist and lift and town square.

A bit small showers with poor preasure, but that’s a Common problem in the alps it seems. The next-door village church strikes every half hour all day And night. Guess god hates sleeping people… thanks Someone for earplugs. Breakfast was kind of uninspired.

The staff are lovely and accomadating. They allowed us to ski on our last day and hve a shower before we left for the airport which was very helpful. The breakfast is great.

Di sicuro la posizione e il parcheggio sono un punto forte. Camera e bagno puliti.

Ho trovato il bagno un po' piccolo e l'asciugacapelli sarebbe da sostituire, in fin dei conti siamo ben oltre gli anni 2000.

Zu Empfehlen

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schon etwas älter, aber das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Im Zimmer gab es einen Fernseher, einen Wasserkocher und einen Fön. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr vielseitig. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

La camera un po' troppo piccola anche se per una persona sola. Il bagno, ricavato, non era dotato di bidet.
