The apartment is well furnished, and in a good location in easy walking distance to the center. Marco, the host, was quite responsive and pleasant to interact with.
It might be a problem with visiting here so early in the season, but it was quite cold in the room for much of our stay. There is a small portable space heater, but it really isn’t powerful enough to heat the apartment. We spent much of our time in the apartment huddled under the blankets.
