Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee ist ein Traum, nur 50 m bis zum Strand. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist umfangreich.
Der Zugang zur Wohnung über die Treppe könnte für ältere Menschen möglicherweise etwas beschwerlich sein.

Der Ausblick ist einfach großartig, der Kamin sorgt für eine unglaublich gemütliche Atmosphäre und die Lage ist perfekt. Ein Ort, an dem man sofort zur Ruhe kommt
Auch dass eine Garage vorhanden war, fand ich sehr praktisch
Weniger angenehm fand ich allerdings den Zugang von der Garage in die Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und befindet sich in bester Lage.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung (Immobilien Rujana) ist sehr "businesslike" und auch im direkten Kontakt wenig herzlich.

Die Lage ist unglaublich schön. Mit Blick auf die Ostsee und fussläufig alles erreichbar. Es sind viele Schränke und Stauraum vorhanden. Für das Auto ist ein Platz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.
Uns hat alles gefallen.
