Elena Rooms is in a great location, right by Agios Nikitas Beach and right next to stores and eateries. Our studio room had a bed, balcony, small stove and dishes + cutlery, and a small bathroom. The room and its facilities were sufficient for a beach stay--we slept decently and could wash/dry our clothes etc. Elena was helpful and nice, she runs the gelateria downstairs. The nearby beach Mylos Beach is a tough 20 minute hike away but it's among the most beautiful beaches in Greece so we highly recommend going. The Agios Nikitas village is small but has some good eateries (casual + restaurants) as well as nice bars with seaside views. Other popular beaches like Porto Katsiki are an hour drive away and Lefkada town itself is 15 minutes away by drive. Though Agios Nikitas is tucked away from these popular locations, it is a good option to stay.
We didn't make use of the kitchen area since we ate from the local eateries and bakeries (even breakfast pastries from Elena Gelateria downstairs) but it seems adequate for cooking simple meals during a vacation.
The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach so it's not easy to access by car. You can bring your car in the narrow roads to drop off luggage but you will have to park outside the main village area, which, during peak beach hours will be extremely crowded and hard to find a spot. But it's worth it for the location.
The bathroom was old and quite small -- we could barely fit in the shower, but that's our only complaint.

The location is beautiful. Couldn't be better. Room was good. All the facilities worked as expected without any issues. Highly recommended!

Only the location
The bathroom was way to small and the balcony as well.The photos were not representative at all.
There was a lot of noise and the rooms were not sound proof.
