Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa, cerca de la parada de autobús que te conecta a otras ciudades.
Habitación muy limpia y con cocinita equipada por si quieres resolver alguna comida rápida ahí.
La zona aunque es tranquila me pareció bastante lejos del centro y con escaso transporte público, en una próxima oportunidad preferiría pagar un poco más y quedar mejor ubicados. Además que el check-in me parece demasiado tarde (16hrs), eso arruina un poco los planes si quieres aprovechar la tarde para conocer el centro.
Eche en falta el shampoo o jabón corporal, no había más que un jabón en el lavamanos. Igualmente me hizo falta un espejo en la habitación.
Tampoco entiendo porque en las fotos aparece desayuno, y en la web aparece la descripción como que lo incluye, se presta a confusión pues solo hay una cafetera.

Prezzo basso. Nessun rumore dalla strada però non so della insonorizzazione delle stanze perchè non c'era nessuno, solo io. Ho potuto tenere la porta aperta e fare corrente d'aria di notte, sennò era un forno impossibile, essendo una struttura industriale/commerciale, non una vera casa. Il solo Ventilatore non fa niente a 35 gradi!!!
Posizione, mancanza condizionatore... è un forno. Cucina in comune totalmente non funzionale, solo frigo, macchina del caffè e fornetto della Barbie (dimensione brioches che non danno). Per colazione c'era il caffè, 2 bustine di tè e 2 di camomilla. 12 foto su 30 sono della cucina e si chiama B&B...ma breakfast te la devi portare da casa oppure andare a comprare nel centro commerciale Lidl a 15 min a piedi. Mancanza tapparelle per oscurare. Prese di corrente e interruttori luce mal posizionati.
