Were surprised when we found the cockroach in toilet , otherwise perfect location close to samara mall , the pool vibes are incredible , theres one pool for family and other with a bar in the middle Recommended But no vibes after 12

One of the worst 5-star hotel experiences I’ve ever had, definitely not worth *** a night. Let me break it down: Dirty Bathroom & Poor Maintenance: The bathroom was in unacceptable condition -black mold around the shower box and sink-. This isn’t something that happens overnight, it’s a clear sign of long-term neglect. It shows that management doesn’t check the rooms after housekeeping, and frankly, they just don’t seem to care about hygiene or upkeep. Misleading Pool & Spa Facilities: The hotel was fully booked, but only one swimming pool was open — and even that was overcrowded (2 others for kids). The other big pool for adults was under maintenance, and the spa was closed (except for massages). None of this was mentioned during booking or check-in — not on Agoda or reception. Total lack of transparency. This place is definitely not family-friendly. They allow large groups of single men to book, it was literally 90% guys and 10% families and couples, my pregnant wife felt extremely uncomfortable swimming in a crowded pool full of mostly men it's very crowded and it looked like a pile of sardines, many of whom were smoking inside the pool area which is not safe for her nor our baby. It was so bad we had to wait until the last 30 minutes before closing just for her to get a bit of space. They even ran out of pool towels and asked us to wait. Again, showing they can't handle full capacity. No Security or Control: We stayed on the ground floor and were constantly woken up by drunk guys shouting and playing around outside our room at 3 AM. No security came to calm things down — it felt completely unmanaged. Terrible Food for the Price: Dinner was disappointing. Limited options, poor quality — even the pasta and rice tasted like cafeteria food. Dessert was just bad. Honestly, I’ve had way better food in 4-star hotels. Breakfast was the only thing that was somewhat acceptable. Outdated and Unsafe Facilities: The elevators going down to the beach are extremely old, making unsettling noises. They don’t feel safe at all — clearly overdue for maintenance. Completely Overpriced: This stay was worth maybe ***, definitely not ***. If you’re a family or a couple looking for a relaxing time — avoid this place. You won’t feel comfortable, especially around the pool area. You won't be able to wear what you want or enjoy your time — it's just not the environment for it. The only good part, was the staff, especially Abdullah at reception — was kind and genuinely apologetic when I told him everything during checkout. But in the end, it wasn’t his fault, the problems here run much deeper.
