We arrived at around 5:00 PM, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait until approximately 5:45 PM.
Cleanliness was not the best, we saw some instincts in the bathroom sink. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned at all.
The location is another major issue. It is very noisy, with sounds continuing late into the night and even into the early morning hours, making it difficult to sleep.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Special thanks to Mohammad from Italio Café for his excellent service, friendly attitude, and constant smile throughout our stay. His hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our I experience.

الموظفون خدومون جدًا ومتعاونون، وكانت طريقة تعاملهم من أفضل جوانب الإقامة. الموقع مميز خصوصًا إذا كان هدفك زيارة منطقة البوليفارد، لكن يجب الأخذ بالاعتبار وجود ازدحام في الشوارع وإزعاج من أصوات السيارات.
كانت لدي بعض الملاحظات على مستوى النظافة وجاهزية الغرفة عند الوصول، وكان من الممكن أن تكون أفضل. بشكل عام، مدى ملاءمة الفندق يعتمد على نوع رحلتك ومدتها؛ فقد يكون خيارًا مناسبًا للرحلات القصيرة وزيارة البوليفارد، لكنه قد لا يكون الأفضل لمن يبحث عن الهدوء أو الإقامة الطويلة.

للأمانة الفندق جداً جميل ومكانه والستاف متعاون وسمح وخصوصاً استاذة سالي والاستاذ علي الا موظف واحد اعتقد اسمه محمد كان موجود بالاستقبال بتاريخ ٢٥/٧ الساعة ٦ تقريباً كان استقباله سيئ ومستفز ويتكلم بصوت عالي بلا احترام لنا كضيوف على مملكة الاردن الحبيبة فا ارجو الا يتكرر ذلك مستقبلاً حتى لا يسيئ لمكانة الفندق الطيبة والجيدة وشكراً لكم - حفظ الله الاردن وملكها وشعبها من كل سوء ومتربص بها . Room was nice spacious . But was filled with dust floors my kids were walking with sock and bare foot it became super dirty and black
Cabinets were also dirty
Hotel is nice but not clean
