Our newly renovated one bedroom ocean view condo is located in the private community of Misiones del Cabo exclusive resort location with 24 hour gated security. Only a few minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Your ocean view terrace opens up directly to a specular view of the beautiful blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. At your doorstep are 2 swimming pools. One with a swim up bar and one with a spectacular view of the famous Lands End..the Arch.
There are 2 beaches within walking distance, one swimmable private beach without a vendor in site as well as a world renowned surfing beach. Also just steps from your door are world class restaurants and bars, 2 mini markets, and a doctors office.
Enjoy a sunset stroll along the beach or through the lush grounds. Snorkel, swim, scuba dive, boogie board or surf. Play on different golf courses every day of the week or indulge in world renowned deep sea fishing. This is a gem for a couple escape. The apartment is beautifully situated in the complex with stunning balcony views out over the pool and onward to the sea. The place is super clean, well appointed kitchen allowing us to cook meals, and bbq when we wanted. The place surprised us with great selection of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels etc! Total pleasure staying here! Our host was attentive and very responsive! Sit back, relax.

I cannot say enough about our interactions with Tanis. She was like a personal concierge. We are especially thankful that she was able to arrange for our Covid tests with her personal doctor. She was so responsive about any little question we had whether it was about parking at area restaurants or recommendations for dining in the area. Her unit was in spotless condition. The view from the large balcony was stunning and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. There was nothing left to chance at this unit. From snorkeling equipment to beach chairs and umbrellas., it was all there. There was even a welcome package of coffee, wine, facemasks, disinfecting wipes, and bug spray. She would love for us to come back and we would be ever so happy to return. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was as advertised. Great unit, clean, well appointed. No hassles, easy communication. Tanis facilitated our COVID test and made things very easy. The beach area is small and not much is walkable but Uber is easy. Would definitely recommend.

Such an Oasis. Private personal Lagoon backing onto a ravine....so relaxing. Great views and lots of room. Can't say enough about this property. See you next year!
