Very nice! Lots of room and clean! Only issues were tv not connecting to wifi for stream, hair dryer not properly atteche to wall.

Set-up both inside & out was perfect for our family. We had other rooms so had 11 of us. This was the room we ended up most in for playing games, meals, etc. Just disappointed no beach chairs.
