A good value, in a quiet (but depending on some locals) residential area, convenient self check-in, a room with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a teapot and tea/coffee provided.

A quiet place and quiet night，check in at the restaurant reception，very convenient to get lunch and dinner there，nice Italy food. 15 minutes walk from the train station and to the city center. Staffs were really nice and friendly.
Single room number 8 had almost no Wifi 🛜 connection in the room, really annoying. Hot water is available but takes a bit time to get hot. Bed is too soft for me.
