Das Hotel liegt in der Plattenbausiedlung rund um das Zentrum von Greifswald. Die Umgebung ist dementsprechend nicht besonders schön.

Super stuffy rooms without air conditioning (in June). The staff was excellent but admitted there's no air conditioning as well. I left the windows open for ventilation but they cut the grass early Saturday morning. There were stains all over the carpet and what looked like black mold/residue above the shower. My partner was shocked at the price; it was embarrassing and we won't return.
