Missing cominication about check - in , since we arrived at 8 am we asked if any possibility to have acces to apartmemt before 15:00 and we didn' t recd any answer

It has a perfect location. Not a big one, but there is enough space for everything you need, nice tv, so I enjoyed LOTR during my vacation
Maybe the lack of ventilation in a bathroom - I was looking for a button to turn it on, but didn’t find any. Ended up with opening the window.

Needs attention Hairdryer holder broken Damp on lounge wall Ceiling on entrance plastered and left badly Tv bracket in bedroom unused Kitchen draws difficult to open Sofa need changing as dirty Pillows horrible therefore bad night’s sleep Bedrooms draws in bad state Lounge curtains hanging off the rails
