Outstanding customer service, warm friendly and very attentive. Definitely stands out! Made arrival and departure completely stress free. Well stocked kitchen including plenty of coffee pods etc (although didn’t use as so close to excellent coffee places - could reach within seconds!). Brilliant to have washing machine, fridge freezer etc. great air conditioning. Great location. Would definitely return.

Only minor points as it was all great overall. Sofa could do with updating and quite a bit of long black hairs in places despite the apartment feeling clean.

Very good location, cold AC, nights are quiet despite the location. Window shades make the apartment dark enough to sleep. The sofa can be opened in the apartment on the floor 1, so it is even okay for 2 couples. There is a fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, cloth hangers, lots of cutlery , coffee machine, bread/toast maker, a beand new television and so on. Overall, it feels like home from the first minute. The apartment was very clean, the towels and the bedsheet were immaculate. Very cozy stay, 100% recommended.

Location, location, location. It was also very comfortable with a usable couch and table. Our favorite place we stayed in Spain.

The elevator was slow, but once we were settled the stairs were easy to use. That is just a nit picky thing! We loved it here.

Basic tv . Not smart limited channels. Only had hob and microwave so not a place you could stay more than a few days
