Great location, close to everything but quiet. Well maintained. Spacious. Host super nice. Simple supplies available, water, coffee, hand soap.

It was a very central location, tucked in an alley right in the middle of where everything is happening. It is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. As I entered the apartment, the air conditioning was already turned on, which was the perfect welcome on a hot summer day. The apartment size was perfect for my husband and i, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living area and a dining area. It was fully equipped as we had everything we needed - we were even able to do laundry after coming from the beach. David, the host, was also very responsive before we arrived and when we needed help with something at the property. Overall, we loved our stay and would visit again if it comes to it.

While we had a great stay, there were a few things we wish we had known about and a few things to improve. 1. There was construction happening on the street during our stay so the pathway to the property wasn’t the smoothest and the construction noise were heard from our apartment. It didn’t affect our experience too negatively, but it would have been good to know about this. 2. The elevator was quite slow, and we were on the top most floor. Upon our arrival, for a moment we thought we were stuck. 3. The door is has a digital lock where you punch your code in. At first it wasn’t straight forward that you had to tap the screen for it to light up, as I had to touch a few corners of the screen before it finally lit up and we got to punch it in. 4. When we entered the apartment, there was an odd scent which we think came from the cleaning materials used, but it only bothered us for a moment.

Very central one bedroom apartment right in the historic centre of Malaga. Comfortable and well appointed. Hot water was always available. Quiet location but easily accessible to the many bars and tapas restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not a great fan of key codes personally, but I understand their usefulness. We had an initial problem with the code to access the property, but David the host, sorted it out very quickly. Not a complaint at all, especially as we were allowed to access the property before the earliest check-in time, which was very helpful.
