Cozy place with super kind host

Igor was super kind and friendly, helped us with some advice, I loved the idea of the balcony which is basically a room with a view - it gets cold in the evening but you still can enjoy the view and not freeze. For this price it is a good place. We basically needed only a place to sleep and spent our days in the mountain - for this purpose it was perfect.

There are some small details which can make it even better - spider nets, bread crumbs on the table from previous guests, cables here and there (especially the switch for the bathroom - it doesn't look very safe) but overall for the money we paid it was perfectly fine.

The owner was incredibly kind, and the apartment was very clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whenever we had any questions or needed assistance, the owner was always there to help us. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

Host Igor was very welcoming. Apartment was a bit rough around the edges (literally (so not for perfectionist)), but absolutely functional (great bathroom), spacious and very comfortable for our little family. Very comfortable sleeping! Didn't want to leave! Special thanks for (everpresent) young son of Igor for doing translator duties. English is not everyone's favourite language so his help was essential in getting around town and wider area. Excellent value for money! Much recommended!

As said above - a bit rough around the edges. The place is work in progress and I am sure in a years time it will be more polished. But that doesn't take away any star from my 5* rating. It's just doesn't matter there

Nice quiet apartment with little kitchen, good price.

Some things need to be fixed. Shower head won't stay in holder, you have to hold it with one hand while showering. Some power sockets and swithes have fallen out of the wall, hanging on wires, but functional.

Good location minutes drive to Black Lake and there are good restaurants next to it.

It's a budget stay, so fairly basic. The stairs are very steep to bedrooms. However for a night after a long trip was ok.

The owners are kind. This apartament would recommend to family (with children). Its easy to travel and visit park, the restorants near apartmens.

Messy entrance. The sofa is uncomfortable, bed linen and towels are not ironed. There is no place to cook.

A comfortable, spacious apartment near Durmitor National Park

We had an amazing stay here! The location was great, within walking distance of town and the national park and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped; we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bathroom always had hot water and great water pressure. The bed was so comfortable, and extra blankets and pillows were available in abundance. The apartment was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, loft, and two lovely sitting areas on covered porches overlooking the surrounding forest. The apartment was always the right temperature; it was chilly at night outside but we were always warm inside. Free parking right outside the apartment! The best part is the family that runs the apartment! They are so sweet and kind, made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and made our trip to Durmitor so welcoming and memorable. We highly recommend this apartment!

The stairs to the upstairs loft (where the beds are) could be challenging for someone with limited mobility to climb up, but this wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Restaurant is next to the appartman where we could drink our morning coffee.

The bedroom was on the loft where a chimney was in the middle of the room and had a smoky smell. After 3 nights it was a bit too much of the smell.

Great stay

Very clean apartment with not new furnishings. Everything you need is here: a set of kitchen utensils, salt, pepper, a large TV, very fast free Wi-Fi. Sleeping area is on the second floor, the first floor consists of a kitchen, a bathroom and a relaxation area with a TV. Hot batteries will save you even from severe frosts. On the second floor there is one double bed and several single beds, there is even a baby cot. The apartments are located on the main road that passes through Zabljak to the Djurdjevic Bridge, but apartments are quite quiet. I would recommend this accommodation for a company of 2 to 4 people looking for inexpensive, not premium, but good comfortable housing. Great host.

It would be nice if there were frying oil and non-stick frying pans in the kitchen. As well as chef's knives. We found only a frying pan with an enameled coating. And it would be quite ideal to have a full-length mirror in the apartment.

Dobra lokalizacja w cichej części miasta. W pełni wyposażony apartament. Sypialnia znajduje się w wyższej kondygnacji co też daje swobodę wszystkim podróżującym. Obok dobra restauracja.

Bardzo małe okna w części jadalnej. Bez źródła sztucznego światła było ciemno. Mało przejrzyste okna z plexi glasu na tarasie odbierały piękny widok.

Dobrá lokalita, čistota, cena.

No co se týče rozvodů elektřiny mají v Černé Hoře problém všeobecně, ale tady to byl extrém. Vypadlé zásuvky a vypínače ze zdi byly až životu nebezpečné. Než jsme se ubytovali čekali jsme asi 30 min na majitele. Budova zepředu ještě rozestavěná. Nebyli jsme si jísti jestli jsme správně.
