Nobles Apartments

The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. Its size is perfect for a stay of up to three guests. A big advantage is the private parking area, which is secure. The parking fee is also reasonably priced, and makes a valuable addition to the accommodation.

There are two issues that should be addressed. Firstly, the listing states that the apartment is air-conditioned, which is not the case. There is only a portable fan in the room, and this should not be described as air conditioning. I would recommend updating the listing to avoid misleading future guests. Air conditioning is often an important criterion when choosing accommodation, and it was disappointing to find that it was not available. This is unfortunate, as the apartment itself is otherwise pleasant and well maintained. Secondly, the dining table is too large for the available seating. The apartment is advertised for up to three guests, yet there are not enough chairs at the table for three people. Adding an additional chair would make the dining area much more practical. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with these small improvements, the guest experience would be even better.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location, very spacious, well equipped and clean. The apartment is on three levels and the layout is quite interesting, it's an old building (15th century) but very nicely modernized. Great views as well and just around the corner from many restaurants and super close to Prague Castle. We didn't need it as it wasn't hot during our stay, but there are AC units on all three levels, so I'd imagine during the hotter months you'll be able to cool down the apartment very nicely.

Not a negative for us but just something to point out to others: this wasn't an issue for us as we already knew about the many steps but just noting that this property is not suitable for anyone with any accessibility challenges. The other point I'd like to highlight, again not an issue for us as was traveling with family, is that while there are two bathrooms, one is on the main level (w/ living room and kitchen) and the other is in the 'master' bedroom. The second bed is in a loft and you essentially have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the stairs. So this property would not be very suitable for example for two couples because of the layout.

Great location, clean and spacious. Good kitchen, toiletries provided, plenty of towels.

Couldn’t get hold of the owners/management by phone or text when we had a problem.

One of the bedrooms was located through having to access another bedroom. This reduced the privacy element slightly when needing to use the toilet etc during the night etc. This was just a small thing.
