Round house

Charming and convenient/advantageous location - it feels like you are in the woods, but you are really in a neighbourhood in a town, undisturbed and hidden behind dense trees and greenery near a quiet road and a tennis court. Fascinating architectural solution - a round house standing high above a narrow trickling stream. Cozy interior with all necessary amenities. Some of Sigulda main attractions such as medieval castles and the river Gauja are just 20 minutes away on foot or 5 min by car.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely and comfortable house. Perfect for a quiet, undisturbed stay. Clean and tidy. Everything you need is available, such as cooking utensils, dishes and glasses, coffee machine. Definitely worth the price.

Hidden magical place, few square meters of peace and quiet. Perfect price/ performance. Interesting design quirks, small, but still very comfortable. Birds singing, stream bubbling. Kitchen had everything we needed - small stove, pan, few spices and oil, dishes, coffee etc. Everything worked perfectly.

Few minor things. Place had only one blanket - I booked for 2 pers., so it does not always mean that a couple is staying ;) After contacting owner I received funny answer - there is one key to the house, therefore - one blanket. Correlation is a mystery.. Overall everything was clean, but few places were dusty - as if no one had moved the kettle or coffee machine.

The location and surroundings were perfect for a short getaway and relaxing time.
