Atendimento é muito bom. Todos são solícitos e ágeis no atendimento, desde os contatos por WhatsApp e durante a hospedagem. Estão de parabéns! Indico e voltaria.
Tudo foi bom. Único ponto que pode deixar a desejar, para algumas pessoas, é a localização. Não é tão perto do centro, mas com uma caminhada de 12 minutos você estará perto de tudo. O bairro é bem bonito, arborizado e Gramado é maior seguro. Não foi um problema pra mim, mas bom deixar esse relato.

Edredon encardido com aparência de sujo Lareira não tinha fogo nos dias mais frios pedi pro atendente ligar falou que não podia pq tinha q ter permissão gerente Café da manhã local era muito gelado, e faltou produtos coloniais, omelete gelado, poucas opções de frutas e aparência feia das frutas disponíveis Limpeza senti cheiro de xixi de cachorro no quarto Banheiro muito pequeno
