Albergo Ristorante Leon d'Oro

Booked for a 1 night stay. It is a basic hotel for a very good price. What is exceptional about this hotel is its staff. I forgot my ID there and would have surely failed to board my next day's flight from Milan, if it wasn't for a prompt phone call from the owner, who even offered me a free quick meal so I could reach my destination sooner and in better shape after having to go back and forth from Piacenza. Will never forget your kindness and generosity.

It's not a modern hotel but who cares. You will find most amenities you need and none of the fancy bs.

Very nice hotel in the center of Este, 2 minutes from the beautiful square with very comfortable rooms and clean.

Hotel was furnished with historic pieces which makes it nice.

The breakfast was included however I wouldn’t call it Continental breakfast but more of a snack. I was provided 1 small sugared croissant, 1 small juice, 1 small yogurt and a plateful of all kinds of jams which you have no way of using it. Very disappointing! Not worth the value of one night stay. See photo.

Purtroppo il bagno non ha funzionato dopo il primo uso. Non credo sia totalmente imputabile si responsabili, ma è stato un disagio. Per fortuna di una sola notte
