Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Lage, ruhig, stadtnah, zentral. Parkplatz gegenüber vom Haus.
90iger Jahre Ausstattung, sauber, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Räume ausreichend vorhanden, gut ausgestattet. Geschirr/Töpfe nicht sauber. Bad auf halber Treppe, zur Alleinnutzung.
