Отличные апартаменты в историческом доме Браччано. Очень чисто, уютно, удобно. Всё рядом, бесплатная парковка, замок Орсини Оделькаски, красивейшие виды на озеро, потрясающие кварталы средневекового Браччано! Заселились легко, хозяйка Иллария сообщила всю необходимую информацию. В доме было всё необходимое, все исправно. Связь хорошая. Важная вещь -кондиционер создавал необходимый микроклимат на фоне очень жаркого июля. Благодарим Илларию!
было немного шумновато на улице ночью тк рядом много баров и кафе. Но это мелочи, итальянцы шумные и общительные люди. Немного напрягали очень дотошные просьбы хозяйки о оплате городского налога (хотя мы оставили наличные деньги в размере налога в доме. Не удобна была связь с хозяйкой только через сообщения в Booking. Мы с супругой никогда не отказываем хозяевам в предоставлении паспортных данных, обычно я делаю фото и отправляю в WhatsApp. Это общение заняло очень много нашего времени, хотя все можно решить быстро использую удобные месседжеры.

El ruido en la noche. El lugar es céntrico y por lo mismo, la gente que va a restaurantes en la noche se pone a conversar afuera del departamento, especialmente el fin de semana.

Central location was good... until I discovered the bar next door which was the source of my terrible stay
This is unfortunately the worst place I have ever stayed. The bar next door played loud music until the early hours of the morning. There were over 100 people immediately outside my door, many of them sitting on the steps to my bedroom. It was impossible to sleep and it totally ruined the wedding that I was attending as I didn't sleep at all. On the second night I came back late but the party outside my door was in full swing so I left and slept at a different property where a friend was staying. I came for a last try on Sunday night but it was just the same. This was totally unacceptable and ruined the holiday. This property should not be let as a residential property of any short due to this situation. I simply can't believe it has been allowed to happen.
