Location was amazing for the price closest you can get to the beach. It’s pretty basic but that’s what you get for the price. We were happy with the whole place
If you like to sit out front of your room at night it is connected to other rooms and quite open so can’t really talk to much otherwise you’ll maybe annoy guests. We were in the e connected rooms. Not a complaint just if you like some privacy

My friends who were a couple had a pretty decent room with a fan and nice bathroom with outside hammock area.
Good mosquito net and fan in my single room.
Overall clean and in a good location.
Single room was very dark, difficult to get air flow so had to have both doors open to cool down before bed. Stain on the floor, toilet didn't flush and a rat frequented my friends' room looking for food, it found and ate some of my soap
Lots of holes near the roof of both rooms hence not rat, gecko or bug proof.
I suspect they will upgrade the single room soon as there is evidence of a similar bungalow footprint that appears to have been dismantled.
