Zelo prijazno osebje, odlična hrana v restavraciji, ki je v isti hiši, kar je zelo pripravno. Lepo zeleno okolje in prenovljeni prostori, stilsko okusna oprema. Bili smo prijetno presenečeni.

Morda bi bil dobrodošel kakšen otroški kotiček, če želi nastanitev privabiti več družin. Okolica sicer ponuja veliko zanimivega.

The room met my expectations – it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is also very good, the surroundings are pleasant, and I especially appreciated the free and nicely arranged parking area. As far as the accommodation itself is concerned, I was satisfied. There was quite a strong smell of food from the restaurant in the hallways, but fortunately there was no smell inside the room.

I travel a lot, but I have honestly never experienced breakfast being served for only half an hour, from 8:00 to 8:30. The selection was also very limited: a few slices of cold cuts and cheese, butter, jam and white bread. There were no vegetables, yoghurt or other alternatives. As I do not eat most of these foods, on the first morning I asked whether I could have some eggs instead. I was told that this would only be possible from the following day, even though the property also has a restaurant. I certainly do not expect a large breakfast buffet. However, offering guests a choice of perhaps two or three simple breakfast options – for example, a dairy-based breakfast, a traditional breakfast with cold cuts, or eggs – would already make a significant difference. What bothered me even more than the limited breakfast was the lack of flexibility and hospitality. Whenever I asked for something, I had the impression that my request was an inconvenience. I missed the feeling of being welcomed as a guest and a little willingness to accommodate reasonable needs. The reservation process was also unnecessarily complicated. After booking through Booking.com, I received a message saying that I still needed to call the property to confirm my reservation. However, it was very difficult to reach anyone by phone. When I finally managed to speak to someone, I was asked to call back later because they did not have the relevant paperwork at hand. I would have expected the property to offer to call me back instead. I called again later, but once again could not reach anyone. Overall, the accommodation itself is solid, clean and conveniently located, with good parking. However, there is considerable room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, organisation and, above all, the attitude towards guests. Hospitality does not necessarily require much – sometimes a little friendliness, flexibility and willingness to help can make all the difference.
