המקום היה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. נקי ומסודר. פאני המארחת היתה מאוד נחמדה ושירותית. אומנם לא פגשנו אותה אישית אבל תמיד היתה זמינה בשבילנו. יישוב שקט ויפה במרחק נסיעה של 20 דקות מבאר שבע. הבריכה היתה גדולה ומזמינה, קצת התבאסנו שהיתה קצת קרה לרחצה אבל בכל מקרה הילדים נהנו ממנה (בכל זאת היינו באפריל ועדיין לא קיץ)

הארוחת בוקר היתה בבית קפה במרחק של פחות מ-10 דקות מהיישוב. היא היתה בסה"כ בסדר אבל לא ידענו מה אנחנו מקבלים בה וביום הראשון לא קיבלנו שתייה שהייתה מגיעה לנו ושילמנו עליה בנפרד. דיברנו עם פאני אחרי ואמרה שתוסיף את זה לתיאור בשובר כדי שלא יקרה בעתיד.

A comfortable, down apartment in a newly built villa with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. It has a large pool and plenty of seating around it. This property has a lot of potential as a relaxing zone for small groups of friends, families, or couples, so I believe the price is fair. Also, there was a mistake and the system wasn't updated that we were three people, so the owner didn't charge us for the extra person.

We found the facilities to be very mediocre, and the room could have been better if it had been made into a resort for guests - there are no regular glasses, only plastic caps. The closet is a vitrine closet that we found no use in it, instead a normal closet that could be very helpful for storing for1-2 night guests. While the loungers are great, they are all positioned under young palm trees, which makes laying outside very uncomfortable. Privacy and arrangement are two of the biggest problems we face from owners. Our payment was not taken when we arrived about 6 pm, and instead of taking the payment in the next morning or texting us a proprietary time, the owner came at 11 pm and afterward, around 12 am, to charge our account. Since there was no toilet paper and we didn't get an answer, we took it from an empty apartment near ours, which caused her to interrupt our vacations and privacy numerous times. The written rules are understood and respected, but if one is not available to guests or not prepared before their arrival, flexibility can be a good thing.
